BCCI History

Bogra Chamber of Commerce and Industry is a traditional organization. The journey of this organization started in 1963 with the late Habibur Rahman Bhandari, the founding president. The Bogra Chamber of Commerce and Industry is a non-profit and service-oriented commercial organization established by the Government of Bangladesh to protect the interests of local traders.
Under the leadership of the current Prime Minister, Bangladesh has evolved from a low-income country to a developing country, and according to the World Bank, Bangladesh has been ranked among the top 20 countries in terms of doing business by 2020. The country is moving forward today under the leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina with the launch of the first communication satellite Bangabandhu-1 for the construction of digital Bangladesh, including cloud projects like Padma Bridge, establishment of Rooppur nuclear power plant and construction of 100 industrial zones. The Bogra Chamber of Commerce and Industry is proud to be a partner in economic development.

Our Mission

On behalf of the board of directors, staff and myself, welcome to the Bogra Chamber of Commerce & Industry (BCCI). The mission of the Chamber is to facilitate and foster trade, investment and opportunities among the member companies and to encourage business ventures and the exchange of knowledge by acting as a catalyst for the commercial energies of among companies.
